9/11 — 25 Years Later
Remembering the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honoring the courage and continued service of first responders and others.
On the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, we remember the tragic attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and honor the acts of courage and heroism that occurred that day. We pause to remember nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost and the many who have since died from illnesses related to their exposure and service, and we thank those who continue to serve.
