On August 3, 2026, City of Bradford Police responded to a disturbance at 95 Davis Street where officers say Amber Lee Tucker, 41, grabbed an axe or hatchet, swung at and threatened an adult male; the victim blocked the attempted strike. Tucker was taken into custody, and a search incident to arrest reportedly uncovered methamphetamine. Magistrate David Engman arraigned Tucker and remanded her to jail on $25,000 cash bail; preliminary hearings are scheduled. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
