Angel T. Silvente charged with one count of stalking in Manheim Township
A stalking charge was filed after officers said the suspect had multiple previous PFA violations against the same victim; he was later arraigned and released on unsecured bail.
Manheim Township police filed a criminal complaint and obtained an arrest warrant Aug. 5, 2026, charging 40-year-old Angel T. Silvente with one count of stalking related to incidents at Stauffer Park, 1241 Lititz Pike. Authorities said the stalking charge was pursued after officers noted at least four prior convictions for violating the same Protection From Abuse order and a recent June 11, 2026 charge; Silvente was arraigned by MDJ Monson on Aug. 6 and released on $10,000 unsecured bail with the warrant canceled. Anyone with information about Silvente’s whereabouts was asked to contact the Manheim Township Police Department.
