Ariel Yvette Rito, 30, was arrested Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at about 7:00 p.m. in Dodge City. Charges include driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, transporting an open container, failure to secure a child in a passenger seat belt, endangering a child, a probation violation and an outside-agency warrant. The arrest was handled by the Ford County Sheriff's Office.
