The Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police is requesting assistance locating Conghui Chen, 33, described as a Chinese male, 5'6", 150 lbs, with black eyes and black hair, listed in Harrisburg, PA 17109. He is charged with one count of Access Device Fraud (F3) in case MJ-12106-376-2026, with an arrest entry dated Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 12:00pm; matter handled by MDJ Wendy Grella and the Lower Paxton Township Police Department.
