Bethlehem Police Department raises records request fees, adds $125 Act 22 charge
City Council approved higher costs for police records and added a new fee for audio and video requests under Act 22.
The Bethlehem Police Department increased its police record request fees and established a new $125 charge for Act 22 requests, which cover audio and video recordings. The fee changes were approved by the City Council on Sept. 15 in a 6-1 vote.
