Joshua GREEN admitted he failed to report a change of address and employment as required by the Sexual Offender’s Registration and Notification Act; sentencing is set for October.
At an Aug. 18 status conference in McKean County, District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reported that Joshua GREEN pled guilty to a second-degree felony for failing to verify his address under the Sexual Offender’s Registration and Notification Act (formerly Megan’s Law).
