Cas Kleinsmann, 19, cited for open container in Millersville
Millersville police cited a 19-year-old for possessing an open alcoholic beverage on a public roadway.
On Saturday, September 5, 2026, Millersville Borough officers saw a man walking on a public roadway carrying a can and approached him. The individual, identified as 19-year-old Cas Kleinsmann, was found to be in possession of an open alcoholic drink and, after an ID check showed he was under 21, was issued a citation for violating the local open container ordinance. The incident was recorded at about 1:40 a.m. near W Frederick St and Lee Ave.
