Crawford Police Introduce 2026–2027 School Resource Officer Lineup
Crawford Police is partnering with Pine Bush Central School District and Chapel Christian School to assign dedicated School Resource Officers to every school building for 2026–2027.
The Crawford Police Department announced its School Resource Officer (SRO) lineup for the 2026–2027 school year, assigning dedicated SROs to each school building in partnership with the Pine Bush Central School District and Chapel Christian School. The department emphasizes that SROs serve beyond security — as mentors, protectors, role models and daily members of the school community who build relationships, support staff and work with administrators from the first bell to the final bell.
