Dancing Through Thick and Thin
A short daily dance session helps this Lehigh community member keep up concert-level cardio while navigating campus life.
They have a 15-minute dance party every day and say concerts and festivals often add up to more than 40,000 steps—nearly 20 miles. After classes, they return to their room, put in noise-canceling AirPods and fit a version of that cardio into their daily routine at Lehigh.
