Davien Michael Gomez charged after allegedly threatening family with a knife in East Petersburg
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police say a 21-year-old man threatened family members with a knife, blocked the only exit and told a victim he would kill them. He faces six charges including endangering the welfare of a minor and terroristic threats.
On Sept. 10, 2026, at about 4:33 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 6400 block of Lincoln Court in East Petersburg Borough. Officers say 21-year-old Davien Michael Gomez threatened family members with a knife, blocked the only door preventing a victim from leaving and said he would kill the victim; he was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of simple assault and terroristic threats, with charges before MDJ Chudzik.
