Davien Michael Gomez charged after allegedly threatening family with knife in East Petersburg
NLCRPD says a 21-year-old blocked a door and threatened a family member with a knife, prompting relatives to lock themselves in a bedroom.
On September 10, 2026 at about 4:33 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 6400 block of Lincoln Court in East Petersburg Borough. Officers say 21-year-old Davien Michael Gomez threatened family members with a knife, blocked the only door preventing a victim from leaving and said he would kill the victim while armed; relatives locked themselves in a bedroom. Gomez was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor (F3), two counts of false imprisonment (including false imprisonment of a minor, F2), two counts of simple assault (M1 and M2) and terroristic threats (M1); the charges are before MDJ Chudzik.
