Deborah Nitsch charged with DUI after Denver Borough crash

Deborah Nitsch, 53, of Drexel Hill, was charged with Driving Under the Influence after officers responded to a non-injury two-vehicle crash on the 300 block of Main Street in Denver Borough on Sept. 20, 2026, at about 12:36 a.m. Officers determined she was impaired, arrested her for DUI and say she refused a breath test; she was issued a summons to appear in District Court. Under Pennsylvania’s Implied Consent Law, if convicted she faces enhanced criminal penalties for refusing a breath test.
