Don’t fly drones into Little League TFRs — you could face federal penalties
Don’t fly a drone into Temporary Flight Restrictions around Little League events — doing so can lead to federal enforcement, fines, and seizure.
The FAA may establish Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) for large events like the Little League World Series; drones entering a TFR can trigger enforcement action, fines, confiscation, and other federal penalties. Current TFRs near the Little League area include a one-mile radius at the Little League Complex in South Williamsport from August 19–30, 2026, and a one-mile radius at Historic Bowman Field on August 23, 2026. Local officers are friendly and happy to meet spectators — but flying into a TFR is the wrong way to do it.
