Duncannon woman charged with retail theft at Lititz Target

On September 18, 2026, around 5:04 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department officers responded to a retail theft at the Target store at 960 Lititz Pike in Warwick Township. Loss prevention reported that Megan Lynn Kauffman, 35, of Duncannon, used lower tag prices to ring up items on multiple occasions; one count of retail theft was filed before MDJ Stauffer. Kauffman is described as a 35-year-old white female, 5'6", 220 lbs, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
