East Hempfield Township Police reported incidents between Oct. 22 and Oct. 30, 2026, including harassment and disorderly conduct citations involving teens, a contempt charge for violation of a protection order, and two criminal mischief reports with estimated damages of $150 and $1,000. Individuals charged include Andre L. Rodriguez (46) cited for criminal mischief; Jessica Marie Santiago (46) charged with DUI after a two-vehicle crash; a 12-year-old male cited for possessing a weapon on school property; Brandon Matthew Hernandez-Rivera (29) charged with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance stemming from a July 16 traffic stop; Nichole Jo Kline (37) charged with contempt for violation of a protection order; and Joshua A. Styer (38) cited for open burning.
