East Hempfield Township Police reported multiple DUI arrests, harassment citations, a false vehicle-registration charge, a crash-related charge and a protection-from-abuse violation between Oct. 13 and Oct. 20, 2026.
Between Oct. 13 and Oct. 20, 2026, East Hempfield Township Police charged several people in separate incidents: Julian David Morales (21) of Lancaster was charged with two counts of DUI from a traffic stop on Oct. 8; James Corry Ford (75) of Allentown was charged with DUI after a single-vehicle crash on Oct. 9; Gail V. Deaett (47) of Mountville was charged with accident involving damage to an attended vehicle after a two-vehicle crash on Oct. 11. Other matters include a 12-year-old Mount Joy student cited for harassment after an Oct. 13 incident at Landisville Middle School; Jasmin Morant (29) of Lancaster cited for harassment following a reported domestic on Oct. 16; Christopher M. Rhodes (43) of Lancaster charged with false application for registration on Oct. 19; Ashley E. Troop (43) of Landisville charged Oct. 19 with second-offense DUI and highest-rate DUI stemming from an Aug. 26 incident; and Nichole Jo Kline (37) of East Petersburg charged with arrest for violation of order following a reported protection-from-abuse violation on Oct. 20. All persons charged with an offense are presumed innocent.
