East Hempfield police log: DUIs, crashes and harassment charges (10/13/26–10/20/26)

Between 10/13/26 and 10/20/26 East Hempfield Township Police reported multiple arrests and citations: Julian David Morales (21) of Lancaster was charged 10/13/26 with two counts of DUI and summary traffic violations from a 10/8/26 traffic stop on Rohrerstown Rd; James Corry Ford (75) of Allentown was charged 10/13/26 with DUI after a single-vehicle crash on Route 30 East on 10/9/26; Gail V. Deaett (47) of Mountville was charged 10/15/26 with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) from a two-vehicle crash on Marietta Ave on 10/11/26; a 12-year-old Mount Joy student was cited for harassment related to a 10/13/26 incident at Landisville Middle School; Jasmin Morant (29) of Lancaster was cited 10/16/26 with harassment (S) after a domestic call on Colonial Crest Dr; Christopher M. Rhodes (43) of Lancaster was charged 10/19/26 with False Application for Registration (M1) for allegedly using false information to purchase a vehicle; Ashley E. Troop (43) of Landisville was charged 10/19/26 with Driving Under the Influence—2nd Offense (M), Driving Under the Influence—Highest Rate (M1) and summary violations stemming from an 8/26/26 incident on Robin Rd; and Nichole Jo Kline (37) of East Petersburg was arrested 10/20/26 for violation of a protection-from-abuse order (M3).
