Elizabethtown man charged with multiple DUI counts and drug offenses after traffic stop
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle after observing a traffic violation and conducted a DUI investigation that led to multiple DUI and drug-related charges.
On September 7, 2026 at about 11:33 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police officers conducting a traffic detail on Lancaster Road near Bucknoll Road in Penn Township stopped a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Ryder Jules Eckroth of Elizabethtown. Following a DUI investigation, officers filed three counts of DUI (impaired driving, Schedule I controlled substance, metabolite/non-prescribed substance), possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia; the charges were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
