Elm Road between Newport Road and Fairview Road will be closed during daytime hours on Monday, Nov. 2 for milling and paving; a detour will be in place.
Penn Township announces Elm Road between Newport Road and Fairview Road will be closed on Monday, November 2nd during daytime hours for milling and paving. Emergency vehicles, school buses and mail carriers will be able to get by with caution, and a detour will be in place to route traffic around the closure. The advisory was issued by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.
