Penn Township announces Elm Road between Newport Road and Fairview Road will be CLOSED during daytime hours on Monday, November 2 for milling and paving. Emergency vehicles, school buses and mail carriers will be able to pass with caution, and a detour will be in place. Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department advised motorists to travel safely.
