Emma J. Dickey arrested after vehicle damage at Riverview Park
Eighteen-year-old charged after repeatedly driving onto Riverview Park in late June and causing more than $11,000 in damage.
On Sept. 1, 2026, Woodward Township Police arrested 18-year-old Emma J. Dickey of Blanchard for incidents at Riverview Park on June 23, 25 and 27. Police say Dickey and others drove onto the park grounds with passengers hanging out of vehicle windows, causing over $11,000 in damage; she faces three counts each of felony criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, trespass by motor vehicle and reckless driving and was arraigned before MDJ Keith Kibler and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
