German Irizarry arrested after allegedly dumping trailer of trash on Lancaster city property
Police say German Irizarry hauled a trailer of refuse onto city-owned land in the 700 block of Fairview Avenue and was charged after investigators linked him to the illegal dumping.
On June 4, 2026, Lancaster Township Police investigated a large quantity of illegally dumped trash on city-owned property in the 700 block of Fairview Avenue and identified German Irizarry as the person who transported a trailer of refuse to the site. Irizarry was charged with one count of Depositing Trash (M2). After failing to appear for a preliminary hearing scheduled for September 21, 2026, a bench warrant was issued; officers arrested him at his residence that evening at about 9:55 p.m. and he was taken to Lancaster County Prison pending further court proceedings.
