On Sept. 3 officers arrested 24-year-old Ginellys Velez on unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault and harassment charges after a domestic altercation on Broadway and cited 55-year-old Jennifer Bahn for harassment and disorderly conduct; early Sept. 4 reports included a suspicious person seen rummaging through a vehicle near School Avenue and Pleasant Street, pending harassment charges for a 24-year-old man on Eichelberger Street, and a purse stolen from an unsecured vehicle on W. Walnut Street.
