Harry Patrick Bevan, 76, Charged with DUI in East Pennsboro Township
East Pennsboro officers found a 76-year-old man stumbling by a damaged Honda Civic and charged him with DUI.
On August 5, 2026, at about 7:24 p.m., East Pennsboro Township police responded to a report of a reckless driver near North Enola Road and Valley Road and located 76-year-old Harry Patrick Bevan stumbling around a white Honda Civic with scratch marks and a flat front tire. Bevan, identified by a Pennsylvania license, displayed signs of impairment and was charged with DUI (case EPE2026080163). All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
