Jacqueline Dawn Wiggins charged after allegedly giving alcohol to children
NLCRPD detectives say a Lititz woman allegedly provided alcohol to her children, including a 3-year-old.
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police detectives opened an investigation after Lancaster County Children and Youth Services reported that Jacqueline Dawn Wiggins—listed in records as 39 and described in the report as a 38-year-old Lititz resident—allegedly provided alcohol to minors at a Warwick Township address on Lookout Lane. A witness reported Wiggins gave alcohol on multiple occasions to her children, including reportedly giving alcohol to a 3-year-old to help the child fall asleep. Detectives filed charges of endangering the welfare of a minor (F2), corruption of minors (M1), and furnishing liquor to a minor (M3); charges were filed before MDJ Landis.
