Jesus Suazo arrested on multiple retail-theft charges at York County Walmart

On Sept. 21, 2026, 19-year-old Jesus Suazo was charged with one count each of Retail Theft (M1), Criminal Conspiracy—Retail Theft (M1), Retail Theft—Under-Ring (M1), and Criminal Conspiracy—Under-Ring (M1). The charges stem from a police investigation into a shoplifting incident at Walmart, 1000 Town Center Drive in West Manchester Township on Sept. 15, 2026 (case CR-435-26), which occurred about 8:15 p.m., according to the West Manchester Township Police Department.
