Jose Antonio Vega Perez Arrested on DUI and 4 Additional Charges After Panther Parkway Hit-and-Run

On August 15, 2026 at 03:00, an East Pennsboro Township officer was dispatched to a hit-and-run on Panther Parkway and found a damaged vehicle parked at a residence on Shady Lane.
