Vargas, 33, was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, DUI and reckless driving following an incident on Aug. 1, 2026, in the 800 block of Cornwall Road at about 12:30 a.m. The Lebanon City Police Department filed the charges (case 2026-16058); the report was logged Sept. 22, 2026.
