On September 21, 2026, at about 9:15 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police responded to a retail theft in progress at the Target store at 960 Lititz Pike in Warwick Township. Officers contacted 27-year-old Juan Lamar James of Columbia, PA, and determined he had concealed multiple items totaling $119 in a backpack; summary retail theft charges (18-3929A1) were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
