Juvenile Charged After Hit-and-Run Damages Occupied Vehicle in Shippensburg
Shippensburg Police say a non-reportable hit-and-run on West King Street damaged an occupied vehicle; the striking vehicle fled and a Mercersburg juvenile was charged.
On July 24, 2026, Shippensburg Police were dispatched to 111 West King Street for a non-reportable hit-and-run crash that caused damage to an occupied vehicle but resulted in no injuries. The striking vehicle fled prior to officers' arrival; after an investigation a juvenile from Mercersburg was charged with accidents involving damage to an occupied vehicle.
