Kaylee Nicole Schroyer and Donny Verece Charged in Chambersburg Target Retail Theft
Two people were charged after allegedly leaving a Chambersburg Target without paying for selected merchandise on Aug. 7, 2026.
On Aug. 7, 2026 at approximately 6:38 p.m., Chambersburg Police responded to Target at 913 Norland Ave for a reported retail theft. Two individuals were observed selecting merchandise and leaving without paying; they were identified as Donny Verece and 27-year-old Kaylee Nicole Schroyer and charged with retail theft (case 2026-08282). Schroyer is described as a 27-year-old white female, 5'1", 107 lbs, blue eyes, brown hair.
