Keiyana S. Washington, 46, is accused of using fraudulent returns at a Walmart in East Stroudsburg on Aug. 1, 2023, to obtain a $157.58 refund, according to Stroud Area Regional Police. A bench warrant issued Nov. 20, 2025, for failing to appear led to her being picked up by Customs & Border Patrol at JFK on Oct. 1, 2026 (initially detained at Rikers), and she was transported and booked into the Monroe County Correctional Facility on Oct. 14, 2026, at 9:32 p.m. The case is docketed as MJ-43202-CR-0000287-2025, reference ID 2023-019430; tips about her whereabouts can be submitted to investigators.
