Lehigh’s Clery Act investigation still unresolved after nearly six years
A federal review into Lehigh University’s compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act, first announced in 2020, remains open nearly six years later.
Lehigh University has not closed the federal investigation into its compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act, first disclosed in a June 12, 2020 statement from the Board of Trustees and university leadership. That announcement, which was addressed to members of Lehigh’s Black Student Union, said the university was under review; the probe is still under review nearly six years later.
