The Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office is requesting public assistance in locating Jennifer Cochran (delivery of a controlled substance), Chaquille Smith (delivery of a controlled substance), and Joseph Roper (failure to appear). Those named are asked to contact the District Attorney’s Office to arrange to turn themselves in.
