Three fugitives captured in Lycoming County
Lycoming County law enforcement captured three fugitives during a coordinated operation involving sheriff’s deputies, the Domestic Relations Office and U.S. Marshals.
The Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office reports that Julius Hoffman, Byron Martinez and Michael Harris were captured this morning and are being held in the Lycoming County Prison. Harris initially refused to come to the door; after the homeowner consented to a search, officers found him lying in bed. The capture was a coordinated effort by the Lycoming County Sheriff’s Office, the Domestic Relations Office and Task Force Officers from the U.S. Marshals Service, and the DA’s office thanked the agencies involved.
