The Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office is seeking help locating three people wanted on separate charges: Jennifer Cochran (delivery of a controlled substance), Chaquille Smith (delivery of a controlled substance) and Joseph Roper (failure to appear). If you have information, submit a tip through the CrimeWatch site or call 570-320-8120; all tips will be kept confidential. Anyone named on this notice should contact the District Attorney’s Office to arrange surrender.
