Manhasset man arrested in Saugerties on aggravated DWI charges
Brendan Higgins, 50, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (BAC .18 or more) and driving while intoxicated; released on an appearance ticket.
On August 16, 2026, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Saugerties Police arrested Brendan Higgins, 50, of Manhasset, NY, charging him with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (VTL 1192-2AA, BAC ≥ .18) and Driving While Intoxicated (VTL 1192.3). He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department, released on an appearance ticket, and is to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court.
