Manheim woman charged after trespass at Penn Township home
NLCRPD charged a 37-year-old woman after she refused to leave a Bayberry Avenue residence while intoxicated.
On Sept. 18, 2026, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police were called to a residence in the 6000 block of Bayberry Avenue in Penn Township. Officers contacted Jennifer Nicole Spiker, 37, of Manheim; she was visibly intoxicated and refused repeated orders to leave. Charges of defiant trespass (18-3503), disorderly conduct (18-5503) and public drunkenness (18-5505) were filed before MDJ Stauffer.
