The suspect was observed entering a silver Honda registered to Marc Bates, 57, of Camp Hill, PA (Male, Black, 6'1", 250 lbs, brown eyes, bald), and charges were completed with warrant CR-320-2026 (LA-26-04185) for (18) 3929 (A)(1) Retail Theft.
