The driver, identified as 46-year-old Maurice E. Evans of Valley Steam, NY, showed signs of impairment and was arrested; blood results later indicated a BAC of .148%. Charges filed include one count of Title 75 3802B (Driving Under the Influence High Rate), one count of Title 75 3802(A) (DUI), speeding (PA 75 3362) and driving in a single lane (PA 75 3309).
