On July 30, 2026, Shippensburg Police responded to a road rage incident at West King Street and Morris Street in Shippensburg Borough, Cumberland County. After an investigation, Xavier Dellinger of McConnellsburg was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, Careless Driving, Reckless Driving, Traffic Control Signals violations, and Overtaking on Left.
