Michael J. Barhum Arrested for Disorderly Conduct in El Paso
A 32-year-old man was arrested after a late-night, unintelligible 911 call and booked on a disorderly conduct charge at Woodford County Jail.
On August 13, 2026, at about 12:23 a.m., El Paso police located and arrested 32-year-old Michael J. Barhum at N. Pine Street and E. Front Street after responding to a highly intoxicated 911 call dispatchers could not understand. Officers had warned Barhum on June 30 that further nonemergency 911 calls could result in arrest; he has more than 40 prior documented contacts with law enforcement for similar calls. Barhum was taken to Woodford County Jail, became uncooperative and argumentative, and was booked on a disorderly conduct charge and left in jail custody.
