Millersville woman, 20, cited for underage drinking and littering

On Friday, August 28, 2026 at about 11:06 p.m., Millersville Borough Police cited Jade Ashley Miller, 20, after officers observed her running down the street holding a red cup and discarding it under a nearby tree. Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol and a portable breath test showed she was over the legal limit; she was charged with purchase of alcohol by a minor and scattering rubbish at University Dr and Lee Ave in Millersville.
