Missing Juvenile Found During Williamsport Drug-and-Gun Raids
During execution of multiple search warrants Oct. 15, 2026, police located a missing juvenile and seized a firearm, firearm parts and marijuana; an affidavit circulating on social media mistakenly named a woman who did not provide the cited information.
On October 15, 2026, the Narcotics Enforcement Unit and Williamsport Bureau of Police executed search warrants at 2500 Federal Avenue (Newberry Estates, Apt. 301) and 2211 Cummings Street. A missing juvenile was located as individuals attempted to flee; officers also recovered a firearm, firearm parts and marijuana in a drug- and gun-related investigation. The Lycoming County District Attorney's Office said an affidavit shared on social media mistakenly named Erica Moore as the source of a particular piece of information she did not provide — the information was supplied by another person.
