On October 21, 2026, at approximately 11:15 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Stephan J. Bassile, 43, of Mount Marion, NY, charging him with misdemeanor Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
