Virginia B. Bambina arrested on DWI charges in Saugerties

On October 20, 2026, at about 4:20 p.m., Saugerties Police arrested Virginia B. Bambina, 47, of Saugerties. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (VTL 1192.3) and Driving While Intoxicated with a BAC ≥ .08 (VTL 1192.2); she was processed at the Saugerties Police Department, released on uniform traffic tickets and ordered to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court.
