Nathaniel H. Manigo, 52, charged after allegedly blocking woman and child from leaving Linwood home
Lower Chichester police say Nathaniel H. Manigo prevented a woman and child from leaving a Linwood residence, then fought with and threatened officers.
On Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at approximately 8:02 p.m., Lower Chichester Township officers responded to a verbal domestic incident on the 100 block of Ervin Avenue in Linwood. Police say 52-year-old Nathaniel H. Manigo would not allow his female paramour and her child to leave the residence, stood behind the door to impede officers, and then challenged and threatened officers while balled his fists; a brief altercation occurred as officers took him into custody. Manigo has been charged with multiple offenses, including felony false imprisonment of a minor and aggravated assault, as well as resisting arrest, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, harassment and recklessly endangering another person.
