New Britain Township road work starts Sept. 21 in Blackburn, then Oxbow Ridge

The New Britain Township 2026 Road Program will begin milling and paving in the Tower Hill Grove/Blackburn development on Monday, September 21, 2026, covering Blackburn Drive, Grove Circle, Nightengale Circle, Blossom Hill Lane, Morningside Circle and Belle View Way. JDM Paving will shift to the Oxbow Ridge development (Cassandra Drive, Shady Hill Drive, Thornburry Court) after completing work in Blackburn. Residents are asked to be aware of crews and to drive cautiously through the work zones, per the New Britain Township Police Department.
