On October 12, 2026, at about 6:55 p.m., the Saugerties Police Department arrested Owen G. Rutter, 34, of Saugerties, NY, charging him with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs (VTL 1192.3). He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department, issued Uniform Traffic Tickets, and released to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date. The incident occurred near Glasco Turnpike and Dussol Road.
